Feeling at home

The first thing you'll receive when you arrive: a warm welcome. It's our policy to internally circulate a short bio about you before you begin, so that you aren't just greeted by the HR Department, but can enjoy the good wishes of all of your colleagues. Then we'll inform you about what your average workday might look like, before you begin a training program that has been individually prepared for you. Regular feedback sessions in the first months are designed to help you integrate within the team during the first months. Interns are also assigned personal mentors. We make sure we’re off to a good start together!

Not only when it comes to technology...but also individual, professional development. We place great emphasis on helping you to advance professionally and personally. This begins with a special e-learning program to help you understand our software and industry. This is followed by a mix of independent study options, practical experience and training classes to strengthen your expertise. Regular feedback sessions help us to recognize, promote and focus on your personal strengths. Because it's not only about getting a job. It's about getting ahead.

No one should have to choose between a career and a family. It is possible to enjoy both! You want to find a fulfilling job and still have quality time with your family? With our flexible work hour models and integration of a home office, it's no problem. Please reach out to us, if you are expecting your family to grow or have other responsibilities that need tending to. In addition, we helped establish a local daycare site and deliberately chose Germering for our headquarters because it's a family-friendly place. 

Allnest Daycare

A good employer thinks about you. A better one even thinks about your children. As co-founder of Allnest, a corporate-funded daycare in a central location, we guarantee additional daycare slots for our employees, even if they don't live right in Germering. How do you benefit specifically? You get preferential treatment when they award slots. You can care for your child from the first year of life until school entry, all within the same organization. The opening hours are employee-friendly; it's only closed a few days each year. There are many ways to participate. Allnest is located close to your office so you are always close to your child.

Active & Healthy Living Program

Our jobs help flex mental agility. For the physical side of things, we offer a special activity program. Because we spend so much of our time sitting, we have developed an ever-evolving fitness and health program to help offset desk time. This includes weekly running and volleyball training, regular massages and work-life balance workshops as well as our traditional health days. Standard features are often complimented with new offerings - from full-power work-outs to relaxation. And for those who want to be extra healthy while sitting at their desks: fresh fruit is available at the Meeting Point twice a week.

DocuWare Insight

Some have a public relations department. We engage the entire company. Our Facebook-based employee newspaper "DocuWare Insight" is the ideal platform for colleagues who want to share insight into their work, talk about new technologies and much more. What's happening right now in Munich? And what about DocuWare worldwide? Whether it's impressions from a recent trade show, photos from a company outing, or professional information - even non-Facebook members can enjoy this social media forum.
